1st BEDA Insight Forum in Brussels: »Putting Users First«

The Bureau of European Design Associations (BEDA) invites you to attend the first BEDA Insight Forum. The EU Expert Group on Public Sector Innovation highlighted the urgent need for the public sector to make better use of innovation to increase efficiencies and unlock greater public value. Putting Users First will offer practical and up-to-date insight on how design thinking and design methods can improve user-centred innovation to drive next generation service design and public sector renewal. Learning will be applicable across different areas ranging from housing to transport and from youth unemployment to healthcare.
